Hello, I’m Ali Malik, a Pakistani filmmaker turned jewelry designer. My journey started with a passion for storytelling through film, where I learned to appreciate the nuances of light, color, and emotion. With an MSc in Film from the University of Portsmouth and experience working on various films, I’ve always been committed to preserving the essence of creative vision. This commitment led me to explore a new medium — jewelry.
Beech Wylde (BW) emerged as a canvas where I could express my creativity without constraints. Here, I blend my cinematic vision with the timeless art of jewelry making, creating pieces that resonate with individuality and depth.
What We Create
Every piece at BW begins with a carefully selected gemstone. I meticulously study each stone’s unique characteristics — its structure, color, and light behavior — before designing a silver setting that enhances its beauty. Each creation is truly one-of-a-kind. Once a piece is sold, that specific combination of stone and design will never exist again.
Our jewelry is crafted in collaboration with master artisans in Pakistan, a country rich in a centuries-old tradition of silversmithing. These artisans pour their heart and soul into each piece, preserving techniques that have been passed down through generations.
